We're a digital agency based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We design and build websites, brands, apps and software, and help businesses with marketing and PR, for clients across Yorkshire and the rest of the UK.

The Lilybank Agency brings creative design and technical development together under one roof. Our team is based in Wakefield and works remotely with businesses across the UK, so you can start with your current website, a list of problems to solve or an outline for a new business.
Our work covers branding, websites, digital marketing, PR, mobile apps and software-as-a-service. We also make our own software products, LilyCRM, a customer relationship management platform, and Lilybank Data, a metrics dashboard for SaaS businesses. Building our own products informs the advice we give clients.

Our office is at 14 Crossfield Terrace, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF4 5PE, and it is our only office. We work with clients across the UK remotely; our service areas are places we work with, not separate offices.
How we work
Every project starts with a conversation about your audience and goals, and the scope is agreed before work begins.
1. Understand your audience
We start with your customers, your existing website or materials, and the action you want visitors to take. For a redesign, we look at which existing pages and URLs are worth keeping.
2. Agree the scope
We list the pages, features and integrations you need and agree who will supply and approve the content. Booking tools, catalogues and account areas are scoped separately, so you know what is included.
3. Design, build and check
We design and build the work, then check navigation, forms, images and layouts across screen sizes before launch.
4. Hand over and support
We discuss domain and hosting arrangements, who will maintain the content, and what support you need after launch.
